Hello! Dimora72 is a Guesthouse. We do clean the rooms every day. We do not have room service unfortunately. Rooms are provided with kettle, Minibar, variety of Coffees and Tea. Front desk from 10 am to 4pm. Property manager is always available.

Only the Junior Suite has a small bancony facing our internal court

Sarebbe possibile di trovare un parcheggio vicino a su alloggio. Arriverei il giovedì 7 Settembre fino alla domenica 10. Dovremo andare in machina il sabato 9 a un matrimonio a Fiesole (intorni) e tornare la notte. Arriverò dal Belgio!

Perfect property, location and management
The room was meticulously clean and new – better than pictures. I could easily say that the bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever in any hotel room that I stayed. The property is located only 5-10 minute walk from the center and surrounded by many great restaurants, bars and convenience stores for buying water, beer or vine etc. We walked from the center even very late at night and never felt unsafe. The owner/manager is super friendly, helpful and problem solver. If you have specific issues/requests he will try to offer his best help. Overall, amazing property, location and management team.

Modern and clean stay in a quiet neighborhood that is still close to attractions
Francesca and Leonardo were very welcoming hosts! They provided all of the information so we could complete self check-in. My husband and I stayed in the Junior Suite. Our two teenage sons stayed in the Deluxe Double Room. Both rooms were very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. The in-room air conditioning unit was easy to operate and worked very well. The rooms were serviced daily - beds made, fresh towels, etc. The night we checked in was the Feast of St John the Baptist, who is the patron saint of Florence. Francesca went out of her way to tell us there would be fireworks that night and where we could go to see them. She also helped us secure a taxi for our departure to the train station. I had issues with AppTaxi (local app for booking taxis), so she called to reserve a taxi on our behalf. The neighborhood is close to attractions, but still quiet. There are restaurants on the same street. There was also a laundromat (Express Wash) that came in handy since we were halfway through our trip.
